Vintage Teak Tallboy Chest of Drawers by Austinsuite

This lovely set of drawers is modest in design but bursting with charm and style. The uncomplicated, simple clean lines along with curved rosewood handles really make this piece a classic in mid-century modern design.  

Designed by Frank Guille and Produced by Austinsuite who together with the likes of G-Plan, Stag, Ercol, and Nathan, were amongst the major British furniture manufactures of the Mid 20th Century. 

Featuring six drawers (the bottom deeper), this handy set would be perfect for the bedroom or even in a living room, hallway or bathroom. 

Fully stripped, sanded, knocks filled and refinished, this once tired set of drawers is looking beautiful once more. As with most restored pieces there are still some minor signs of wear commensurate with age and use, however there are no nasty stains and the colour has been balanced and is nice and rich once more. 

Measuring approximately 115.5cm tall, 64cm wide and 43.5cm deep.
