Delivery

Free delivery applies to UK mainland only and tariffs/fees may be added after the sale at the buyer's expense for items shipping outside of mainland UK. We also require an email address and phone number for customs documentation before we ship any items overseas.

We aim to ship all parcels within 1-3 working days using various reputable couriers. Overseas customers may incur import duties and taxes, which will be paid for by the purchaser.

For larger furniture items, UK mainland delivery will take between 7 and 14 days. We use a one man, kerbside service so some assistance will be required please. Upon purchase please send us a message with the best contact telephone number, which we will pass on to our courier who will be in touch to arrange delivery. Items are delivered 7 days a week including evenings so some flexibility will also be needed.

Please contact us if you have any special requirements such as help upstairs to another floor and we will try our best to arrange this for you. Please note, there may be additional charges for such requests.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and should return the item in its original condition and packaging using a reputable courier.

Please note there will be a 15% restocking charge deducted from your refund. 

Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days upon receiving the returned item/s.

Packaging

Here at Absolutely Nice Vintage we try to re-use as much packaging as possible. From cardboard boxes to shredded paper and bubble wrap, these materials come from other local businesses in an effort to recycle and reduce waste for everyone.

So don’t worry if your parcel arrives with scribbles, old stickers and other branding present, as your item will be safely secured inside.
