
















A. Younger Ltd was a high quality British furniture manufacturer that led the way for style and contemporary taste from the 1950s. Younger furniture was manufactured in low volume, was well made and aimed at the top end of the market.
One of the first firms to make Scandinavian inspired furniture in the UK and ultimately one of the first manufacturers to abandon the style completely in the late sixties in the search for something more original and cutting edge.
This gorgeous hall table is seemingly a little rare now with not many on the market. Its nice compact proportions make it perfect for any sized space and with the handy drawer, can neatly hide away unsightly clutter. It would also make a lovely little writing table.
The top has been stripped, sanded and refinished, ridding it of stains and balancing up the rich teak colour once more. With minor wear commensurate with age and use, including some scuffs and scratched and some small areas that have been filled.
Measures approximately 71.5cm tall with an under table height of 57.5cm, 76cm wide and 41.5cm deep.
