Vintage Teak Danish Drinks Trolley / Bar Cart by Poul Hundevad

This lovely teak drinks trolley is the perfect way to add some Mid Century style to your home.

Its simplistic shape, straight lines and strong angular form are very typical of the era and sure to be a welcome addition to the home of any vintage enthusiast. 

Designed by Poul Hundevad who was a prominent Danish furniture designer and master cabinetmaker, best known for his clean, functionalist designs that epitomised the Mid-Century Modern movement. He founded his own furniture factory, Hundevad & Co., in the early 1950s in his hometown of Vamdrup, Denmark.
 
Each of the trays has been stripped, sanded and refinished, ridding them of stains and balancing up the colour once more. There was quite a lot of chipping to the veneer of the bottom tray, however these chips have been sympathetically restored and filled, and without looking very closely you would never know. 

Measures approximately 63cm tall, 74cm wide and 44cm deep.

Please note this item will come flat packed but screws together very easily without the need for any tools.
