This stunning teak side table is an absolute beauty, modest in design but brimming with style and charm. The large proportions and almost floating top really make this piece stand out, and is sure to make any interior look instantly better.
We were told that it came from a Methodist Church in Cumbria and was used as the alter there. A fantastic focal piece of furniture that would make a great side table, room divider or breakfast bar.
It appears that it has once been refinished and shows some light orbital sanding swirls along with some small varnish drips. As a result we decided not to strip and re finish incase the veneer was too thin. That being said we've given the table a fresh coat of our rejuvenating mixture, cleaning and conditioning the wood ensuring it looks its best once more.
In general good condition with light wear commensurate with age and use, including some scratching, marks and dints here and there.
Measures approximately 188cm long, 61cm deep and 94cm tall, 88.5cm tall to the table top.
