Bamboo furniture is extremely fashionable right now and has a great light and airy exotic feel about it, looking just as at home in a modern minimal home as it would in a colourful retro one.
These mirrors are frequently attributed to designer Franco Albini.
Through his creations, Italian born architect and designer, Franco Albini, merged the Italian traditional artisanship with the new forms of modernism. In his creations, Albini used raw, inexpensive materials and exploited the very skilled Italian craftsmanship. This also meant elegant designs based on a minimalist aesthetic.
With no makers marks it's been hard to fully identify this piece as actually by Albini himself, with very little clarity as to how to attribute online, hence the listing title 'Albini Style'.
Genuine or not, it is a beautiful piece that is sure to enhance and enrich any wall it is placed on.
With wear commensurate with age and use. The backing felt is quite worn. Measures approximately 57cm tall, 45cm wide, and 4cm deep.
Please note that it is incredibly difficult to photograph all flaws and scratching on mirrors due to all the reflections, but we have captured and described as best we can.
