This lovely tall chest of oak drawers by Meredew is perfect for any bedroom, and with six good sized drawers, there is ample storage space.
Meredew were a substantial quality mid 20th century manufacturer who concentrated on large ranges of interchangeable furniture for the dining room and bedroom.
After a full strip and refinish the drawers are looking beautiful once more. That being said they are not without minor fault, with some areas to the veneer that were in need of being filled and sympathetically blended back in. There is also some splitting to the veneer on one side of the drawers, possibly as a result of the carcass frame shifting/moving over the years.
With their lovely honey coloured wood, we're sure they'll enhance any room they're placed in.
Measures approximately 61cm wide, 46cm deep and 123.5cm tall.
