Back in the late 1940s up until the late 1980s, there probably wasn't an office or classroom without one of these metal bins.
Built to last, these utilitarian rubbish receptacles came in classic earthy colours, highly typical of that era.
In noticeably used condition, with chipping to the paint work, marks, dinting and some areas of rusting, mainly to the inside. These bins have a variety of uses from general waste to plant pots, log storage and the placement of other household items.
