Vintage Art Deco Style Opaline Glass Cube Wall / Ceiling Light

These small glass cubed wall / ceiling lights are the perfect little item to add interest and light to any room of the house. Able to be used for both wall and ceiling lighting, these versatile lights are ready to be fixed straight into your home or business' hard wiring.

Originally from an old hospital circa 1970s, they would have most likely been positioned outside patient wards in order to signal rooms in use and the likes.

In lovely condition, the glass itself is chip and crack free, although there might be some nibbles to the opening lip, which is hidden once attached to the mount. We've stripped and re-sprayed the mounting plate which came to us covered in old emulsion from previous wall decoration.

Each light measures approximately 13.5cm from the wall or ceiling including the mounting plate, and approximately 11cm wide.
