Vintage 1960s White Circular Tulip Dining Table by Maurice Burke for Arkana
Pickup currently unavailable
Designer Maurice Burke was most famous for the Tulip table and chairs and worked mainly with English manufacturer Arkana. He designed many pieces of furniture in the 1950s and '60s including his also very well known chrome and leather lounge chairs for Pozza.
An impressive piece sure to catch the attention of any guest into your home. The uncoated chrome base is also a nice feature and a little more unusual than the classic white based versions.
In general used condition with markings, dints, chips and some scratching throughout all commensurate with age and as can be seen from the photographs. These marks however simply add to the charm and character of the piece and are in no way a distraction from its overall look.
Measures approximately 120.5cm in diameter and 72cm tall with an under table height of 70cm.
