This absolutely stunning drinks trolley is the perfect way to add some Mid 20th Century Modern sophistication into your home.
In 1944, Niels Otto Møller founded J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik in Denmark, a company that has received many awards, including the Danish Furniture Prize in 1974 and 1981 respectfully. Upon winning in 1981 the judging jury explained that it was for the company’s ability to combine the best craft traditions with modern furniture manufacture. Something the company has always held firm to its high quality level. It is said that each design took Møller five years to complete. It is this work ethic which is why the Møller collection is relatively small for a company that has been around for more than 70 years, but precisely this as to what makes Møller so special.
These trolleys have many a purpose within the home and would look great in any room of the house, storing a whole manner of items.
In general good condition with wear commensurate with age, including some dints to the wood, light surface scratching and a line of fading from where a glass top once sat and tarnish and markings to the wheels. There are also two little cut outs underneath the bottom shelf where the previous owner attached a bracket to hold a glass sheet in place. All as photographed.
Measuring approximately 82cm wide handle to handle, 46cm deep and 61cm tall.
