Vintage 1957s Syncromesh Fabric Panel by Michael O'Connell for Heals

This absolutely stunning fabric panel by Michael O'Connell for Heals is a great piece for any sewing project or textiles collector.
O'Connell's Syncromesh design on screen printed cotton is part of the permenant V&A fabric collection, celebrated for its contribution to innovative and exquisite designs of the period.
Featuring a classic colour combination of red, black and white, the pattern is extremely typical of it's mid 20th century era. Made by Heals, a trusted British heritage brand that was and still is know for their great quality and fashionable styles.
With noticeable wear including, stains, fading and a tear due to weakness in that area. It appears that the fabric was once part of a pair of curtains as one length is hemmed. The fabric has been washed and is nice and clean once more.
Measures approximately 237cm by 181cm.
