This stunning mid 20th century single stainless steel knife, fork and spoon set by Folke Arström is an absolute beauty. With a clean, simple, streamlined design from his instantly recognisable Focus range, each piece is beautifully crafted and ready to be laid proudly on your dining table.
Folke Arström is most famous for his undecorated flatware designs in stainless steel. His well known Focus range released in the mid 1950s epitomised the understated elegance of post-war Scandinavian design. The Focus pattern was especially successful in the United-States, where it helped to promote the use of high-quality stainless steel flatware instead of silverware for formal dining.
In general good condition with light wear and surface markings commensurate with age and use. Each piece has been polished and is looking its very best once more.
The knife measures approximately 20cm long and 2.5cm wide, the fork measures approximately 20cm long and 2.5cm wide, while the spoon measures approximately 20cm long and 4cm wide.
