This beautifully modest 1960s teak mirror is the perfect piece to inject some retro charm to your home. The clean lines, large size and attractive shape really give this mirror a simple elegance which is sure to look lovely in any room of the house.
In general good condition with wear commensurate with age, including some small surface scratches and a small chip to the back side of the mirror as photographed. When the mirror came to us it had been painted very badly with white paint, as a result we've fully stripped, sanded and refinished the frame, bringing it back to its original natural colour. There are some small areas of white paint under the frame that we've been unable to remove that are reflected in the mirror depending what angle you look at it from. There are fixture holes on the back to enable this mirror to hang both portrait and landscape.
Please note that it is incredibly difficult to photograph all flaws and scratching on mirrors due to all the reflections, but we have captured and described as best we can.
When portrait as photographed the mirror measures approximately 43.5cm wide at its widest, 121.5cm tall and 1.5cm deep.
