Vintage 1996 IKEA Small Memphis Style DESS Table Lamp

This stylish plastic DESS table lamp by IKEA is heavily influenced by the 1980s Memphis movement, evident in its colourful, fun design. 

In general good condition with some light surface wear commensurate with age. We've had the lamp rewired with approximately 191cm of 2 core, twisted, cream nylon flex along with a new inline switch and 3 pin UK plug. The lamp holder is original and takes an E14 / SES small screw bulb. 

The shade is not original, but has been matched as close as possible in colour and size to what it would have had back when first featured in the 1996 catalogue. 

Measures approximately 34.5cm tall in total. The base measures approximately 22cm tall, while the shade measures approximately 13cm tall and 14cm wide.
