Vintage Chrome Multi Bulb Floor Lamp

This gorgeous mid century chrome floor lamp with five spiralled lamp holders is sure to be the focal point in any room. Its simple yet stunning design is extremely typical of its era and would be a welcome addition to any living space. 

The tactile nature of the switch makes this lamp all the more desirable. There are three lighting functions. By turning the lamp clockwise once, two lamps turn on, by turning the switch clockwise twice, three lamps turn on, or by turning the switch clockwise three times, all five come on at once. To turn the lamp off simply turn the switch clockwise a fourth time. 

We've unfortunately been unable to attribute a designer or brand to this particular lamp, however we suspect that it is Italian and shares similarities to designs by the likes of Goffredo Reffiani, Gaetano Sciolari and Robert Sonnerman. 

The light has been fully rewired, the exit three core cream twisted nylon flex measures approximately 228cm. Each of the five lamp holders have been replaced updating the original cracked and crumbling ones. Comes with x5 A60 silver capped filament bulbs (E27) to match the originals. 

In general good condition commensurate with age, including some tarnish and light rusting spots to the chrome along with some dints to the base.
