Pair of Vintage Acoustic Research Teak Speakers AR-6

This beautiful pair of 1970s Acoustic Research speakers are the perfect way to add some mid-20th century sophistication into your home. Much more aesthetically pleasing than your standard new hifi speakers, making this pair a stand alone piece of furniture in their own right. 

With teak veneered casing and textured fabric speaker covers, there's no doubt that these speakers should take pride of place within any home audio set up. 

We've replaced the original speakers with new Sound Lab 8" Bass Chassis Speaker Drivers 8 OHM 150 Watts RMS / 200w max. Once connected to your amp you may need to adjust the bass as we found when we tested them through our amp they were quite "bassy."

Outside they're in general good condition after a full refinish, that being said they still show some signs of light previous wear, commensurate with age and use.  

Each speaker measures approximately 30.5cm wide, 19cm deep and 46.5cm tall.
