Vintage Blue Metal Expandable Book Rack

With an extremely clever design, this expandable metal book rack uses tension of the metal coil loop to keep books neatly stacked. As you add more books the coil simply opens out a little wider.
We're not 100% certain but would guess that this could possibly have been sold in Habitat, as it is very typical of the products and designs they produced around the 1970s and 80s.

Measures approximately 15cm long (at its smallest), 12.5cm deep and 15.5cm tall.
