Vintage G Plan Fresco Teak Dining Set

This beautiful G-Plan dining set from their popular Fresco range, is sure to make any dining setting instantly better. Extendable with the infamous butterfly leaf design, it's easily made bigger or smaller depending on your space and function. 

Constructed from Teak veneer the Fresco range was first introduced in 1966 and soon became G-Plan's most successful line of furniture. The range grew in the type of pieces available and production continued well into the late 1970s and early 1980s.  

In general good condition, the set of table, and six chairs, including two carvers has been well looked after by its one previous owner and has been given a fresh coat of oil, cleaning and conditioning the wood making it look its best once more. There are some small marks and a bit of colour inconsistency from the butterfly leaves to the outer leaves, but nothing that detracts from its overall look. All commensurate with age and use.

The seats have all been reupholstered with new foam and black vinyl fabric. 

When fully extended the table measures approximately 209cm long, 107cm wide and 72cm tall with an under table height of 69cm. When folded down the table measures approximately 163cm long. 

Each of the four standard chairs measure approximately 49cm wide, 53cm deep and 92cm tall with a seat height of 45cm, while the two carvers measure approximately 58cm wide, 58cm deep and 92cm tall with a seat height of 45cm. 

Please note the legs do not detach from the table, so please make sure you've measured doorways, corridors etc to make sure it's easily moved.
