World famed Danish pioneer in house arrangements Poul Cadovius designed System Cado on the basis of a generation's work with wall furniture.
System Cado was a floor to ceiling, wall to wall modular shelving unit that could span any direction and was adaptable to any space. A choice of solid panels, wall rails and spring tensioned telescopic poles could house 24 different types of wall furniture in the form of shelves, cabinets, drawers, tables and even a sofa!
Not only could you choose from different configurations the range was also available in Bangkok Teak, Brazilian Rosewood, American Walnut, Light Oak and Kalmar Pine, ensuring that System Cado was always perfect in style, form and function.
This particular piece comprises of two wall poles, a glazed cabinet and a writing desk with lift up lid. These pieces can be easily adjusted to your desired height.
The materials and design are truly stunning, the craftsmanship and finish second to none.
In general good condition with minor wear commensurate with age and use, including some light scratching and marks to the wood along with a couple of small chips to the glass as photographed. Each piece has been cleaned and a fresh coat of oil applied, conditioning the wood and making sure each piece looks its very best once more.
