Vintage Small Wood and Rattan Adjustable Floor Lamp

This stunning little standing lamp is a must for any lover of simple vintage lighting. 

We've unfortunately been unable to attribute a designer or manufacturer, however it's very similar in design to products by Swedish company Solbackens, although we don't think it is by them. 

The lamp can be easily adjusted by loosening the wooden stopper and sliding the shade up and down. 
The rivets holding the shade to the arms have become a little loose over time so the light doesn't really hold other directional positions. The rattan cover shade is not attached to the inner fabric shade so may just need readjusting in place if the light is moved up or down. 

With some visible wear to the base commensurate with age, including marks to the wood and some light fading where it's been positioned in the same place over time. We've given all the wood a fresh coat of oil, cleaning and conditioning it and making it look its best once more. Both the inside fabric shade and rattan cover shade feature some marks and light staining. 

The lamp has been rewired with twisted 2 core cream nylon flex and has been fitted with a new inline switch and 3 pin UK plug. Requires an E27 screw bulb. Features a Made in Taiwan sticker underneath. 

Measures approximately 127cm tall. 38cm long and 25cm wide.
