Vintage 1980s Modernist Chrome Floor Uplighter Lamp

This 1980s modernist almost space age uplighter floor lamp is sure to make any space instantly better. 

The all over chrome finish gives the lamp an industrial or brutalist feel, perfect for modern interiors that favour a harder, sleeker look. The combination of both polished and brushed chrome adding interest and texture.

In general good condition, there are the usual signs of wear, scratching, pitting and markings all over as to be expected and commensurate with age and use. The shade is ever so slightly off level, but nothing that detracts from its over all look. The lamp has been rewired with 3 core, cream twisted nylon flex (approximately 250cm) and has been fitted with a new chrome bayonet lamp holder (b22), new plastic floor push switch and new 3 pin UK plug. 

Measures approximately 174cm tall, with a shade diameter of 37cm.
